Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to achieve strategic goals related to people management.

• Lead initiatives in workforce planning, talent management, and career development.

• Advise on organisational restructuring and manage redundancy processes.

• Support managers on transformation and employment law issues.

Person Specifications
Must Have

• Graduate CIPD qualification or actively pursuing CIPD level 7.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with two days in the office weekly.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consulting with trade unions and managing employee relations.
