About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Technician to join the Engineering team at Jumeirah The Red Sea.

The Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all mechanical systems, including HVAC, chilled water, exhaust, and ventilation systems.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical faults in pumps, motors, valves, compressors, and other rotating equipment.
  • Maintain proper and safe condition of all plant, plant rooms, equipment, and work areas.
  • Comply with JEMS and all fire, life, health, and safety standards.
  • Maintain and service heating, cooling, and air handling units to ensure proper climate control in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Monitor and adjust system parameters to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
About You
  • Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC Technology or related technical discipline.
  • Have at least a grade 10 level in education with a good moral background in your educational attainment.
  • Possess software competencies - Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).
  • Exhibit strong problem solving skills.
  • Have 1+ years of experience in the technical department.
